What is The Journey?

The Journey follows one man in the aftermath of divorce. Caught between the life he lost and the future still waiting for him, a chance encounter in a café sends him drifting through the streets of London on a journey of self-discovery, desire, love, and redemption.

Chapter 1 - METRICS

“And among the screams from the coffee machine and the vague conversations - seven brown sugar granules lay on the table in front of me. Next to my lonely phone. Next to the cold coffee. Next to the unopened official looking letter.

I then moved on to the other metrics in my life.

The one cold dead latte ignored.
